Future Museum of aviation transport and communication in Mallorca

The idea of the installation of a future aeronautical museum in Mallorca is given by the relevance that the world of air communication has had on our Autonomous Community in the past and the great importance it represents for the Balearic Islands today. That is why our history and air transport are intimately linked, being this essential means of communication today for the Balearic citizen, who assiduously resorts to aviation for their trips outside this, our island.

All these teachings given within the Mallorcan Society and accessible and aimed at all audiences, aim to represent in the near future a fundamental contribution to the civic training of the inhabitants of the Balearic Islands. Facilitating that the inhabitants of our islands, knowing that they are aware of the different basic aspects that encompass airport operations and as well as the necessary operational safety control elements, will contribute to the general actions of the airports of the Balearic Islands and in greater measure of the Palma de Mallorca International Airport (PMI) are developed with greater agility and efficiency.
