11.30-12.30 Presentation of the project to create a European Federation of Hydroaviation with the objectives of:

· Encourage the creation in each country of a national association that brings together both seaplanes and hydro ULMs.

· Create as many hydro-surfaces (or hydro bases) as possible, both in Europe and on its coasts.

· Share among the members of the Federation all the information, studies (among others, environmental impact), good practices and local regulations to promote the development of hydro aviation in Europe.

· Constitute a lobbying force with the European institutions, EASA, but also with private partners such as insurance companies.

· Proposals of additional objectives of the different congressmen of each country.
